Features

Aseptic vessel for pharmaceutical production. Designed to be sterilized-in-place (SIP). Diaphragm (membrane) valves are installed on all the lines in contact with the product.
The vessel is equipped with a temperature sensor, pressure sensor, level sensor, pH sensor. Additional sensors may be installed upon request. Cleaning-in-place may be done via CIP-station connected to the vessel.

Dimensions	Inner diameter is 630mm, external diameter is 770mm; vessel body is 700mm, total height with agitator and legs is around 2400 mm
Total volume	250 liters
Materials	AISI 316L for parts in contact with the product AISI 304L for parts not in contact with the product
Jacket	With insulation for temperature control
Inner surface finish	Ra<0.8µm, electropolishing
Mixing system	Top mechanical anchor agitator with single mechanical seal with impeller, speed range around 10-750rpm
Ventilation system	With air filter (0.2 µm) and the following valves and devices: Automatic valve for steam Automatic valve for washing solution Manometer Automatic harvest valve Sterilizable sampling valve The valve system for sterilization in place of an empty vessel Sterile transfer line Cooling water supply system Temperature sensor Pressure Sensor Temperature control system via heat exchanger with closed circuit Agitator port DN4” handhole DN80 sight glass with lamp DN2” Port with DN1” cleaning ball Several DN1 1/2” spare ports Level sensor pH-meter

The monitoring system for technological parameters is built on the basis of industrial automation systems to ensure the necessary stability, flexibility and maintainability.
The main components of the system can be purchased and installed either from the original supplier or directly from the manufacturer.
Transmitters from the world leading manufacturers (Mettler-toledo, Wika, Endress-Hauser, etc.)

The control unit is mounted in a stainless cabinet (1600x600x600), which contains the following components:
