Stationary reactor with CIP and SIP – 1500 L

Aseptic vessel for pharmaceutical production. Designed to be sterilized-in-place (SIP). Diaphragm (membrane) valves are installed on all the lines in contact with the product.
The vessel is equipped with a temperature sensor, pressure sensor, level sensor, pH sensor. Additional sensors may be installed upon request. Cleaning-in-place may be done via CIP-station connected to the vessel.

Mixing system	Top mechanical anchor agitator with single mechanical seal with impeller, speed range around 10-750rpm
